Return Policy

We launched Sole Struck Shoetique with one goal in mind: providing our customers with quality and affordable footwear. We aim to get it right the first time. Please be sure to read the item descriptions very carefully for sizing recommendations prior to purchase.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

 

All promotional and/or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

 

 

 

Store Credit

We strive to make the return process as painless as possible. 

Items can be returned for a store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied, please Email us, and we will send you further instructions on how to return your purchase to receive a store credit. Store credits can only be issued within notifying us within 7 days from the item being shipped. 

We are not able to hold merchandise for exchange due to high demand. Please note if you send back the item you wish to exchange with a store credit, there is no guarantee we will have what you want in stock at that time.

Return shipping costs are non refundable.
 

Please note that all return items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent to receive a store credit or exchange.

Sole Struck Shoetique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.
