If there is an issue with your order that does not require you to return a product please contact us for additional assistance. 

Can I get my money back?

We do not offer refunds but we do offer a store credit. 

All promotional and/or sale items are FINAL SALE. 

How many days do I have to make a return?

7 days from the item being delivered. On the 8th day the purchase is considered final sale.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We launched Sole Struck Shoetique with one goal in mind: providing our customers with quality and affordable footwear. We aim to get it right the first time. Please be sure to read the item descriptions very carefully for sizing recommendations prior to purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit. We do not issue refunds. 

Please note that all return items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent to receive a store credit or exchange.

Sole Struck Shoetique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.

What is the store credit policy?

We strive to make the return process as painless as possible. Items can be returned for a store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied, please start the return process by emailing us and we will send you further instructions on how to return your purchase to receive a store credit.

Store credits can only be issued within notifying us within 7 days from the item being delivered. On the 8th day the purchase is considered final sale.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. All orders placed with a store credit will be a final sale. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for the store credit to be processed.

We are not able to hold merchandise for an exchange due to high demand. Please note if you send back the item you wish to exchange with a store credit, there is no guarantee we will have what you want in stock at that time. ​

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping costs are non refundable.

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

*If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product please email us first. Once you contact us to resolve the problem we will then redirect you to our return portal and we will cover the return cost.
