Orders are fulfilled Monday through Thursday excluding weekends and holidays.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days after your order is placed for order processing and another 1-3 days for delivery. All products are shipped using priority shipping via usps. Once your order is processed you will then recieve a email and/or text with the tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update after your order is processed.

Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to make changes to your order or shipping information please contact us as soon as possible and we would be more than happy to assist you.
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Sole Struck Shoetique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
