How long does shipping take?


Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order on Friday after 3p.m, Saturday or Sunday then your order will be processed and shipped on Monday. Please allow up to 2-3 days for order processing and another 1-3 days for delivery. All products are shipped using priority shipping via usps. Once your order is processed then you will recieve an email with the tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. As soon as your order ship, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. During holidays there may be a delay in shipping. Can you ship internationally?


We currently are not offering international shipping.




What are your return/exchange policies?


We launched Sole Struck Shoetique with one goal in mind: providing our customers with quality and affordable footwear. We aim to get it right the first time. Please be sure to read the item descriptions very carefully for sizing recommendations prior to purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit only. We do not issue refunds. All promotional and/or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.




How will I receive store credit if I need to return or exchange something?


Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. All orders placed with a store credit will be a final sale.




Will I be refunded for shipping if I return a purchase?


In the event that you need to return an item, shipping costs are non refundable. If your item was returned for a store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.




Do you offer free shipping?


Yea babe! We offer free shipping over $75. No code is needed!




What is your store credit policy?


We strive to make the return process as painless as possible. Items can be returned for a store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied, please Email us, and we will send you further instructions on how to return your purchase to receive a store credit. Store credits can only be issued within notifying us within 7 days from the item being shipped. We are not able to hold merchandise for exchange due to high demand. Please note if you send back the item you wish to exchange with a store credit, there is no guarantee we will have what you want in stock at that time. Return shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note that all return items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent to receive a store credit or exchange. Sole Struck Shoetique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.




Can I cancel an order once it is place?


Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to make changes to your order or shipping information please contact us at info@solestruckshoetique.com and we would be more than happy to assist you.




Do you offer refunds?


We do not offer refunds. If there has been a mistake or error made on behalf of Sole Struck Shoetique please feel free to contact us at info@solestruckshoetique.com.




What to do if my package is lost or stolen?


Sole Struck Shoetique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damanged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
